How this document is used. This is the rules template that is automatically generated for each Challenge. The highlighted fields are filled in with the data the Creator entered when creating the Challenge, and are published on the Challenge page before entries open. Everything else is fixed text and cannot be modified.
These Rules are read together with the General Terms and Conditions, which prevail in the event of a conflict.
These Rules govern participation in the Challenge [TITLE] (the "Challenge"), organized by [CREATOR'S USERNAME] (the "Creator") through the website www.challenpay.com and the ChallenPay mobile application (the "Service"), operated by ChallenPay LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA (the "Company").
By entering, the Participant accepts these Rules and the General Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy.
All the parameters in this summary were set by the Creator when creating the Challenge and cannot be modified once entries are open, except through the procedure set out in section H.

A.1. The Challenge [TITLE] belongs to the category [CATEGORY], subcategory [SUBCATEGORY], and theme [THEME]. Its format is [FORMAT] and it is contested in individual mode.
A.2. Brief. [DESCRIPTION OF THE CHALLENGE]
A.3. Instructions to participate. For an entry to be valid, the Participant must comply with each of the following instructions:
A.4. Presentation material. The cover image and logo of the Challenge, published on its page, form part of these Rules for informational purposes only and do not modify the conditions set out here.
A.5. Frequently asked questions. The Creator may publish frequently asked questions alongside the Challenge. Those answers are for clarification purposes only; in the event of a conflict, these Rules prevail.
B.1. The Challenge takes place in the following stages. All dates and times are expressed in the time zone of the Argentine Republic (UTC-3).
| Stage | From | To |
|---|---|---|
| Start of the Challenge | [START DATE AND TIME] | |
| Participant entry | [DATE AND TIME] | [DATE AND TIME] |
| Jury application | From publication of the Challenge | [CHALLENGE START DATE AND TIME] |
| Submission of entries | [DATE AND TIME] | [DATE AND TIME] |
| Evaluation and voting | [DATE AND TIME] | [DATE AND TIME] |
| Closing of the Challenge and publication of results | [CLOSING DATE AND TIME] | |
B.2. The call for jurors opens when the Challenge is published and closes when the Challenge starts.
B.3. At least one (1) day must elapse between the start and the close of the entry-submission stage, except under the entry-target mode set out in B.4.
B.4. [APPLIES / DOES NOT APPLY] to this Challenge. When the Creator chooses this mode, the number shown as the entry cap operates as an entry target instead of a fixed entry-closing date.
In that case, the Creator — or the Company — may start the Challenge early at any time, provided that at least fifty percent (50%) of the target number of entrants has been reached. When this happens, entries close at that same moment and the submission stage begins immediately. All enrolled Participants are notified of the start.
If the target is not reached and the Challenge is not started early, the entry-closing date and the minimum-Participants rule set out in H.1 apply.
C.1. Natural persons aged 18 or over who hold an active Account on the Service, with their email address and telephone number verified, may participate.
C.2. Cap and minimum. The Challenge admits up to [CAP] Participants and requires a minimum of [MINIMUM] to take place. The minimum can never exceed the cap.
C.3. Visibility. This Challenge has been set by the Creator as [PUBLIC / PRIVATE]. Public Challenges are visible to the whole community; private ones only to Users invited by the Creator.
C.4. This Challenge [REQUIRES / DOES NOT REQUIRE] a minimum level of [LEVEL] to enter. Each User's level is determined under the experience points system described in section J of the General Terms and Conditions.
C.5. Automatic handicap. [ENABLED / NOT ENABLED]. When the Creator enables this option, the minimum level required to participate is automatically raised to at least match the Creator's own level at the time the Challenge is created. The purpose is to prevent a high-level User from competing against Users of a considerably lower level. The minimum level actually applied is shown on the Challenge page.
C.6. Additional restrictions. [REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO THIS CHALLENGE, IF ANY: GEOGRAPHIC AREA, TRADE, OR OTHERS — IF NONE, STATE "NO ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS"]
C.7. The Creator of the Challenge and the Jurors assigned to it may not participate.
D.1. Model. This Challenge [HAS AN ENTRY FEE / HAS NO ENTRY FEE]. The prize is funded with [ENTRY FEE PROCEEDS / FUNDS PROVIDED BY THE CREATOR / FUNDS PROVIDED BY THE SPONSOR (NAME)].
Where the prize is not funded from entry-fee proceeds, its availability was verified and approved by the Company prior to the publication of this Challenge.
D.2. Fee. Participation costs [AMOUNT IN ARGENTINE PESOS / NUMBER OF CHALLENCOINS]. Entry is completed once payment has been processed from the Participant's virtual wallet balance.
D.3. Currency. This Challenge operates in [MONEY / CHALLENCOINS]. All fees, prizes and refunds are settled in that same currency; no conversion between the two is permitted.
D.4. Cancellation refund policy. The Creator has set that this Challenge [ALLOWS / DOES NOT ALLOW] a fee refund in cases that depend on the Creator's decision. Regardless of that, the fee is always refunded in full, with no withholding or deduction, in the following cases:
Refunds are credited to the Participant's virtual wallet, in the same currency in which the entry was paid.
D.5. [APPLIES / DOES NOT APPLY] to this Challenge. When configured by the Creator, Participants who finish between place [PLACE FROM] and place [PLACE TO] of the final ranking recover the amount of their entry fee, in addition to any prize due to them for their placement.
That recovery is paid out of the pool allocated to the winners and is settled before the prizes. If the pool is insufficient to cover all recoveries in full, they are paid in order of placement until the pool is exhausted, which may result in a partial recovery for the last places reached. The recovered amount is credited to the Participant's virtual wallet.
E.1. Entries must be submitted through the Service within the period set out in B.1. Submissions received after the deadline are not accepted.
E.2. Format. The entry must consist of [VIDEO / PHOTOGRAPH / BOTH] and meet the following characteristics: [MAXIMUM DURATION, NUMBER OF FILES, ORIENTATION OR OTHER SPECIFICATIONS].
E.3. Capture within the application. Entry content must be recorded or captured with the device's camera from within the application itself, at the moment of entering. Uploading pre-existing files is not permitted, unless these Rules expressly authorise it.
E.4. One entry per Participant. Each Participant may submit a single entry. They may only submit a new one if the Company expressly authorises it after rejecting the previous one for curable technical or formal reasons.
E.5. The following entries are prohibited:
E.6. Third parties appearing in the entry. If the image of another person appears in the content, the Participant represents that they have that person's authorisation to capture, publish and disseminate it within the Service and in the Challenge's promotional materials.
E.7. Prior analysis. Every entry is subjected to the automated content safety analysis set out in section T of the General Terms and Conditions before it is published.
F.1. Method. This Challenge will be evaluated by [JURY EVALUATION / OPEN PUBLIC VOTE], with the voting system [NAME OF THE VOTING METHOD].
F.2. Where the jury is involved, evaluation will be carried out exclusively against the following criteria, defined by the Creator and published before the start of the Challenge:
| Criterion | What it consists of |
|---|---|
| [CRITERION 1] | [DESCRIPTION] |
| [CRITERION 2] | [DESCRIPTION] |
| [CRITERION N] | [DESCRIPTION] |
F.3. The jury panel is assigned by the Company under section I of the General Terms and Conditions. For a juror's vote to be valid, each juror must evaluate every Participant assigned to them.
F.4. Where the Challenge enables the public vote, the [POINTS ALLOCATION / SINGLE VOTE / LIKES / RANKING] format will apply, with the following configuration:
| Voting window | From [DATE AND TIME] to [DATE AND TIME] |
| Points available per voter | [NUMBER] (points-allocation format only) |
| Can results be seen during voting? | [YES / NO] |
| Can a cast vote be changed? | [YES / NO] |
| Is a verified email required to vote? | [YES / NO] |
| Does the public vote determine its own winner? | [YES / NO] |
| Winners by public vote | [NUMBER] |
| Public vote's own prize | [AMOUNT / NOT APPLICABLE] |
F.5. Integrity. The Company may limit the number of votes per User and per device, and invalidate votes where there are reasonable indications of manipulation, duplicate accounts or coordination intended to alter the result, under clause I.11 of the General Terms and Conditions.
F.6. Tie-break. In the event of a tie, the tie-break procedure provided in the Service applies, which may include an additional jury vote. Its outcome will be communicated to the Participants concerned. While a tie-break remains pending, distribution of prizes is suspended.
F.7. Publication. Results are published on the Challenge page once evaluation is complete, with the ranking and the scores obtained by each entry.
F.8. Claims. The Participant may submit a reasoned claim regarding the result, the rejection of their entry, or a sanction, within thirty (30) calendar days of being notified, under the procedure in clause I.14 of the General Terms and Conditions. This route does not replace or limit any rights granted to the Participant by consumer protection law.
G.1. Description. [PRIZE DESCRIPTION]
G.2. Distribution of the amount collected. The total amount collected in entry fees is distributed according to the following percentages, disclosed prior to entries opening and not modifiable once they are open:
| Destination | Percentage | Applicable limit |
|---|---|---|
| Winners | [%] | Must be greater than zero |
| Jury | [%] | Between 1% and 20% |
| Creator | [%] | Between 1% and 10% |
| Company | [%] | — |
The sum of the jury's and the Creator's percentages may not reach or exceed 80% of the total collected.
G.3. Distribution among places. The pool allocated to the winners, once the entry-fee recoveries under D.5 have been deducted, is split among the prize-winning places as follows:
| Place | Percentage of the winners' pool |
|---|---|
| 1st | [%] |
| 2nd | [%] |
| 3rd | [%] |
| [Nth] | [%] |
The percentages assigned to the places must total exactly 100%, no place may receive less than 1%, and no place may receive a higher percentage than the place above it. Up to ten (10) places may be awarded.
G.4. Settlement order. Once the Challenge closes and the results become final, the Company settles in this order: first, the entry-fee recoveries under D.5, if any; then the prizes to the winners under G.3; and finally the shares of the jury, the Creator and the Company under G.2.
G.5. Crediting. Prizes are credited to the winners' virtual wallet once the final results have been published and it has been verified that there are no pending tie-breaks or entries under review that could alter the result. Withdrawal of the balance to a bank account is governed by section K of the General Terms and Conditions and requires identity verification to have been completed.
G.6. Currency. If the entry fee was set in ChallenCoins, the prize is awarded exclusively in ChallenCoins.
G.7. Taxes. Taxes levied on the prize in the hands of the winner are their sole responsibility, under section L of the General Terms and Conditions.
H.1. The Company provides the Challenge's technological infrastructure, collects the entry fees, holds them in custody until completion, and executes payment of the prize according to the disclosed split. The Creator never receives or administers the entry fees of the other Participants at any time.
H.2. The Company does not take part in defining the brief, the instructions or the evaluation criteria, does not evaluate entries, and does not guarantee the quality or originality of the entries submitted.
H.3. The Creator is responsible for organising the Challenge, for setting its rules, and for the accuracy of the information published in these Rules, and undertakes to comply with them.
H.4. Where the prize is provided by a sponsor, the sponsor is responsible for the actual availability of the committed funds.
I.1. For not reaching the minimum. If, by the close of the entry period, the minimum number of Participants set out in C.2 is not reached, or the required jury is not formed, the Challenge will be cancelled. The Company will notify entrants of the cancellation and will credit the full fee paid to each Participant's virtual wallet, with no withholding or deduction whatsoever. The Service also sends advance notices to the Creator and entrants when the minimum is at risk of not being reached.
I.2. By decision of the Company. The Company may suspend or cancel the Challenge if it proves to be unlawful, inappropriate or contrary to the General Terms and Conditions, or if irregularities are detected that compromise the integrity of the competition. In that case, fees will be refunded under D.4.
I.3. Modifications. Once entries are open, the Creator may not unilaterally modify these Rules. Any modification must be requested from the Company, which approves or rejects it. Approved modifications are notified to Participants already entered, who may withdraw with a full refund if the modification substantially alters the conditions under which they entered.
J.1. The Participant retains ownership of the rights to their entry and grants the Company the licence set out in clause R.2 of the General Terms and Conditions, which allows it to be displayed within the Service and used in promotional materials for the Service and the Challenge.
J.2. Entries submitted may be shown within the Service as community content, and other Users may react to, comment on and share them.
J.3. The Creator and the sponsor do not acquire any right over the entries submitted, unless these Rules expressly provide for it under [ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS TO THE CREATOR OR SPONSOR, IF ANY — IF NOT, STATE "NO ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT IS PROVIDED FOR"] and the Participant accepts it upon entering.
Participants' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. To manage the Challenge, the Company relies on providers that act as processors on its behalf, in particular for content storage, automated content safety analysis, payment processing and the identity verification required to collect prizes. Details of those recipients and of the international transfers involved are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Each Participant's username, profile picture and entry are visible to other Users according to the Challenge visibility indicated in C.3.
These Rules are governed by the provisions of section W of the General Terms and Conditions, including the carve-out set out there in favour of Users who qualify as consumers.
